About me

My name is Tim Connelly

Aloha, I’m Brigadier General Tim Connelly. As a devoted father, disciplined athlete, decorated veteran, and community leader, I’m dedicated to making Kailua and Kaneohe two of the best communities in Hawaii. As an expert in crisis leadership, I have led hundreds of troops under dangerous conditions in war and as first responders to help communities in their worst moments. With more than thirty years of service to our country, I will bring my experience, “get it done” work ethic, and collaborative leadership style to our State Legislature for the safety of our families and future generations. Please vote for me, Tim Connelly, to be your next Hawaii State Representative. I would be humbled by your vote of confidence!

My passion

I advocate for a healthy community

I am the President of the Kailua Masters Swim Club and have encouraged others to care about their health and wellness. I fought to reopen the Kailua District Pool after COVID, and am passionate to ensure we have access to resources we can enjoy. I am a Pentathlon Champion that you will see running through Kailua or biking through Kaneohe almost everyday.
